More than Tuition…

OUR STORY

It began with a simple belief: every learner deserves to be understood.

Clever IQ began in 2016 as a tuition service with a simple aim: to provide high-quality education shaped around the individual learner.
As we worked with more children and families, something became increasingly clear: learning does not happen in isolation. Confidence, character, family life, faith and wellbeing can all influence a young person’s educational journey.
Over time, Clever IQ grew beyond tuition into a broader educational vision, bringing together academic learning, Islamic education and family wellbeing.

OUR EDUCATIONAL HERITAGE

A Vision With Deeper Roots

Clever IQ’s educational philosophy has roots that reach beyond the organisation itself.
Founder Adel Mozammel comes from a family deeply involved in education and the Islamisation of Knowledge movement. His grandfather, Professor Syed Ali Ashraf, and Professor Syed Ali Naqi were part of a generation of Muslim educators seeking to bring together faith, knowledge and character.
Professor Syed Ali Ashraf later founded Darul Ihsan University in Bangladesh, giving institutional expression to this educational vision.
This heritage would later influence Adel’s own work and the development of Darul Ihsan in the UK.

Meet the Founder

Adel Mozammel

Educator, counsellor, broadcaster and founder of Clever IQ
Adel Mozammel is a British educator whose work across more than two decades has spanned teaching, pastoral education, counselling, family support and community initiatives.
After teaching in schools across the UK, Adel founded Clever IQ in 2016 with a belief that education should be shaped around the individual learner.
Working closely with children and families strengthened that vision. Academic progress, he recognised, is often connected to confidence, character, identity, family life and wellbeing.
This thinking helped Clever IQ evolve from a tuition service into the broader educational vision it is today — bringing together academic learning, Islamic education and family wellbeing.
